About

(She/Her/Hers) Born and raised in Seattle, I love my hometown and am deeply committed to leveraging my skills and expertise to uplift organizations and contribute to healthy, vibrant communities in our region and beyond. I have spent my 20+ year career working in the nonprofit and public sectors in the Puget Sound region, from direct service to policy and advocacy, program management, fund development, and communications. Having a broad range of experience has grounded me in the many aspects of organizational development and functioning, finding my passion and strengths in communications, planning, and fundraising.

As a listener and observer, someone who makes connections and brings calm to complex situations, I empower individuals and teams to identify goals and strategies providing the support they need to communicate effectively and focus on their critical work. I am a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a value for creativity and collaboration. I hold core to my values and approach to supporting community leaders and organizations, a strong commitment to racial equity and social justice. I have participated in many trainings on structural and institutional racism, engaged in organizational racial equity work and caucusing, and continue my work as a white woman to learn, listen, act and be accountable to Black, Indigenous, and people of color bringing this lens to my consulting practice.

Like so many of us, a couple of years ago, I felt like something was missing, and there was more for me to experience and give. I completed comprehensive training through the Co-Active Training Institute, a dynamic and engaging coaching model designed to unlock your potential by maximizing your personal and professional capabilities. I am excited to launch my coaching practice and bring my values of authenticity, connection, joy, balance, and meaning to support people on their journeys of self-discovery and fulfillment.

On a personal note, as a parent of two active kids, you will find me on most weekends cheering from the sidelines of Seattle’s many soccer fields, going on urban hiking adventures in Carkeek Park, immersing myself in a good book or enjoying my newfound hobby of baking, watching movies, or spending time with family and friends.
